ขณะที่ เจมส์ เฮนเดอร์สัน หนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง ซึ่งเพิ่งมาอยู่ที่บริษัทนี้แค่ 3 ปี และมีบุคลิกของนักพีอาร์รุ่นใหม่ยืนกรานว่า ขณะนี้บริษัทไม่รับลูกค้าที่มีปัญหาชื่อเสียงฉาวโฉ่อีกแล้ว อาทิได้ปฏิเสธไม่รับข้อเสนอของนายโรเบิร์ต มูกาเบ  เผด็จการแห่งซิมบับเว เป็นต้น ด้านเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทนี้ก็เอ่ยชื่อลูกค้าที่ไม่มีชื่อเสียงฉาวโฉ่ ส่วนใหญ่จะเน้นลูกค้าประเภทบริษัทน้ำมันและแก๊สธรรมชาติ บริษัทเหมืองแร่ สถาบันการเงินและรัสเซีย เป็นต้น

แมตทินสันแห่ง"พีอาร์วีค"ก็ยอมรับเช่นกันว่าแนวคิดที่จะรับงานบริษัทหรือลูกค้าที่มีปัญหานั้นเป็นเรื่องผิดพลาดของบริษัทพีอาร์ เบลล์ พ็อตทิงเจอร์

ในส่วนของผู้อ่านบทความชิ้นนี้ ได้เข้าไปแสดงความคิดเห็นและวิจารณ์การทำงานของเบลล์ พ็อตทิงเจอร์ จำนวนไม่ใช่น้อย
