ที่บอกว่าอีกรอบนั้น เป็นเพราะก่อนหน้านี้เมื่อหลายเดือนก่อน กลุ่มที่อ้างชื่อกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ได้โพสต์ในลักษณะเดียวกัน ขู่สังหารมาแล้วครั้งหนึ่ง โดยคราวนั้นยกเอาเหตุการณ์การฆ่าพี่น้องมุสลิมที่ “ตากใบ” จนมีความเคลื่อนไหวจากฝ่ายรัฐบาลยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร ตามมาในลักษณะที่เรียกว่า “พล่าน” กันเลยทีเดียว
นั่นคือถึงกับต้องนำ “คณะฝ่ายความมั่นคง” ไปเยือนปากีสถาน เพื่อเคลียร์เรื่องดังกล่าวโดยตรง เนื่องจากปากีสถานมีพื้นที่ติดต่อกับอัฟกานิสถาน ที่มีกลุ่มอัลกออิดะห์เคลื่อนไหวอยู่

แต่ล่าสุดกลับมีข่าว “ขนหัวลุก” ขึ้นมาอีกว่า ทักษิณ ชินวัตร ถูกขู่ฆ่าอีก โดยกลุ่มโจรก่อการร้ายกลุ่มเดียวกัน เพียงแต่ว่าคราวนี้ยกเอาเหตุการณ์ที่มัสยิดกรือเซะขึ้นมาเป็นสาเหตุ ซึ่งต่อมา พล.ท.ภราดร พัฒนถาบุตร เลขาฯ สมช. ก็ได้ออกมายอมรับว่าเรื่องดังกล่าว “มีมูล” และกำลังตรวจสอบอยู่

ยิ่งลักษณ์ให้สัมภาษณ์กับสำนักข่าวเอเอฟพี เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ว่า เธอจะ “ใช้นโยบายปรามปราบยาเสพติดโดยคำนึงถึงหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน” ทว่าหลายฝ่ายยังเกรงว่าการฆ่าตัดตอนและล่วงละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนอาจเกิดขึ้นอีก หากพรรคของเธอซึ่งมีทักษิณเป็นผู้นำตัวจริง ได้กลับมาเป็นรัฐบาล
รายงานจากคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดเมื่อปี 2008 ระบุว่า สถิติฆาตกรรมของไทยพุ่งสูงขึ้นถึงร้อยละ 88 ในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์-เมษายน ปี 2003 ซึ่งเป็นช่วงที่รัฐบาลทักษิณปราบปรามผู้ค้ายาเสพติดอย่างดุเดือด โดยมีคดีฆาตกรรมเกิดขึ้น 2,873 คดี ในจำนวนนั้นเกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติด 1,370 คดี
เบนจามิน ซาวักกี นักวิจัยจากองค์การนิรโทษกรรมสากลประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า เป็นสิ่งที่ “น่าหวาดหวั่น” เมื่อคิดว่าบุคคลที่อยู่เบื้องหลังสงครามยาเสพติด จะกลับคืนสู่การเมืองไทยเร็วๆ นี้
“เมื่อมีความเป็นไปได้ว่านักการเมืองหน้าเดิมๆ จะกลับมาอีก ก็เป็นไปได้เช่นกันว่า ในอนาคตอาจมีสงครามยาเสพติดรอบใหม่” ซาวักกี กล่าว รัฐบาลไทยในเวลานั้นแถลงว่า ผู้ตายส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มค้ายาเสพติดที่สังหารกันเอง ทว่ากลับดูเหมือนเป็นการกระตุ้นให้ตำรวจวิสามัญฯ ผู้ต้องสงสัย โดยไม่ต้องใช้ความยับยั้งชั่งใจใดๆ
องค์การนิรโทษกรรมสากลระบุว่า การสังหารส่วนใหญ่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากบุคคลซึ่งมีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีดำไปมอบตัว หรือชี้แจงสถานะของตนที่สถานีตำรวจ
ในกรณีของประวิทย์ สมพรผู้เป็นพ่อเล่าว่า บุตรชายเคยถูกจับเมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ปี 2004 ด้วยข้อหาทะเลาะวิวาท และได้รับการประกันตัว ก่อนจะกลับไปรับโทรศัพท์มือถือคืนที่สถานีตำรวจในวันต่อมา
ประวิทย์ไม่ได้กลับมาพบหน้าพ่ออีกเลยหลังจากนั้น
“หมอบอกว่า เขาตายเพราะขาดอากาศหายใจ วันต่อมาที่ผมไปเปิดโลงดู ก็เห็นที่ชายโครงเขามีรอยช้ำเหมือนถูกใครตี” สมพรเล่า
ประวิทย์เคยถูกจำคุกมาก่อนด้วยข้อหาครอบครองยาเสพติด แต่ได้รับการฟื้นฟูและรับรองว่าปลอดจากสารเสพติดแล้ว ก่อนที่จะถูกสังหารเพียง 1 เดือน
นักสิทธิมนุษยชนระบุว่า การตายลักษณะเดียวกับประวิทย์ทำให้เกิดคำถามว่า วิธีการรุนแรงที่ตำรวจใช้และการได้รับยกเว้นโทษนั้น ชอบธรรมแล้วหรือไม่
“กระบวนการปกปิดความจริงอย่างเป็นระบบโดยนายตำรวจระดับสูง ทำให้ตำรวจที่ละเมิดสิทธิประชาชนยังอยู่ในตำแหน่ง และข่มเหงพลเมืองได้ต่อไป” สุนัย ผาสุก ผู้ประสานงานที่ปรึกษาองค์การฮิวแมนไรต์วอตช์ ประจำประเทศไทย กล่าว

เหตุการณ์การยิงระเบิดหน้าห้างบิ๊กซี บริเวณพื้นที่ชุมนุมของ กปปส. แยกราชประสงค์ ในเย็นวันที่ 23 ก.พ.2557 ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บจำนวนมาก
น.ส.ฐิพาพรรณ สุวรรณมณี อายุ 59 ปีเสียชีวิต
ด.ช.กรวิชญ์ ยศอุบล อายุ 4 ปี เนื้อสมองฉีกขาดและตกเลือดในช่องท้อง เสียชีวิตที่ห้องฉุกเฉิน
ด.ญ.พัชรากร ยศอุบล อายุ 6 ปีสมองซ้ำและตับแตกเสียชีวิตในเช้าวันที่ 24 ก.พ.
สองพี่น้องวัยเยาว์ เสียชีวิตทั้งคู่!!!
ทั้งสองไม่ได้ไปร่วมชุมนุม แต่ไปซื้อของที่ห้างบิ๊กซี กลับตกเป็นเหยื่อสังหารกลางเมืองหลวง
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีเด็กชายอายุ 9 ปีหมดสติจากสมองบวมและปอดช้ำจากแรงอัดของระเบิดยังอยู่ในห้องไอซียู และมีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บอีก 20 กว่าคน บ้างตกเลือดในช่องปอด, กระดูกขาแตก,มีบาดแผลฉกรรจ์ที่แขนและขาฯลฯ
1)ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดว่าการุชุมนุมของ กปปส. เป็นการใช้สิทธิเสรีภาพในการชุมนุมตามรัฐธรรมนูญ สงบ ปราศจากอาวุธ สืบเนื่องมาจากความไม่ไว้ใจรัฐบาล
ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เวทีชุมนุมที่ราชประสงค์ อโศก สีลม ปทุมวัน แจ้งวัฒนะ
เมื่อเป็นการใช้สิทธิตามรัฐธรรมนูญ รัฐจะต้องปกป้องคุ้มครองการใช้สิทธิตามรัฐธรรมนูญของประชาชน
2)ศาลแพ่งมีคำพิพากษาเมื่อวันที่ 19 ก.พ.2557 ชี้ขาดว่า ให้ข้อบังคับตามประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินและข้อกำหนดไม่มีผลบังคับต่อกปปส.และประชาชนนับแต่วันที่ 21 ม.ค.2557ทำให้รัฐบาล-ศรส.-สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ไม่มีอำนาจที่จะเข้าไปสลายการชุมนุมหรือจำกัดสิทธิการชุมนุมของประชาชนตามข้อกำหนด 9 ข้อ อาทิ
ห้ามมิให้ใช้หรือสั่งพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ใช้กำลังหรืออาวุธเข้าสลายการชุมนุมของโจทก์และประชาชนที่ได้ชุมนุมกันโดยสงบและปราศจากอาวุธ ตามรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2550 มาตรา 63 วรรคหนึ่ง
ห้ามมิให้มีคำสั่งยึดหรืออายัดสินค้าเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค เคมีภัณฑ์หรือวัตถุอื่นใดที่ได้ใช้ หรือจะใช้สิ่งนั้นเพื่อการกระทำการหรือสนับสนุนการชุมนุมของโจทก์และประชาชน
ห้ามมิให้ประกาศกำหนดพื้นที่ที่ห้ามมีการชุมนุมของโจทก์และประชาชนตั้งแต่ 5 คน ขึ้นไป
ห้ามมิให้สั่งการห้ามการใช้เส้นทางคมนาคมหรือการใช้ยานพาหนะ หรือกำหนดเงื่อนไขในการใช้เส้นทางคมนาคมหรือการใช้ยานพาหนะของโจทก์และประชาชนใช้ในการชุมนุมฯลฯ
3)ผลที่ตามมา คือประชาชนผู้เข้าร่วมชุมนุมทุกคนจะไม่มีความผิดฐานฝ่าฝืนพ.ร.ก.สถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
ตำรวจจะเที่ยวขอให้ศาลออกหมายจับในข้อหาฝ่าฝืน พ.ร.ก. ไม่ได้อีกต่อไป
4) หากคนเสื้อแดงจะชุมนุมก็สามารถจะทำได้ แต่จะต้องชุมนุมโดยสงบปราศจากอาวุธ ภายใต้กรอบรัฐธรรมนูญ เสี่ยงเป็นเสี่ยงตาย เสี่ยงถูกฆ่า ถูกยิง ถูกลอบทำร้ายรายวัน แบบเดียวกับที่ กปปส.เผชิญ
มิใช่ประกาศไว้ล่วงหน้าว่าจะใช้ความรุนแรง ใช้ปืน ใช้อาวุธ ไม่รับอำนาจศาล องค์กรอิสระตามรัฐธรรมนูญ จาบจ้วงถึงสถาบันเบื้องสูง หรือพูดถึงการแบ่งแยกราชอาณาจักร แบบที่ปรากฏบนเวทีเสื้อแดงที่โคราช
แบบนี้ มิใช่การชุมนุมภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ไม่ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย แถมยังอาจเข้าข่ายกบฏภายในราชอาณาจักร แสดงเจตนาร้ายอย่างชัดเจน
5) รัฐบาลในฐานะฝ่ายบริหาร มีหน้าที่จะต้องปฏิบัติตามคำพิพากษาของศาล
นอกจากจะไม่สามารถสลายการชุมนุมของ กปปส.แล้ว รัฐบาล ศรส. และสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ยังมีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบโดยตรงที่จะต้องปกป้องคุ้มครองการใช้สิทธิชุมนุมตามรัฐธรรมนูญของประชาชนกลุ่ม กปปส. มิให้ถูกคนร้ายคุกคาม ละเมิดสิทธิ หรือลอบฆ่า-ลอบทำร้าย
6) การปล่อยปละละเลยให้เกิดการสังหารหมู่ ลอบทำร้าย ลอบฆ่าผู้ชุมนุม กปปส.นับสิบครั้ง โดยที่ไม่สามารถจับตัวคนร้ายได้เลยแม้แต่คนเดียว
แถมยังไม่สามารถระงับเหตุ หรือป้องกันเหตุร้ายได้เลย
บ่งชี้ว่ารัฐบาล ศรส. ตำรวจ จงใจละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ หรือรู้เห็นเห็นเป็นใจกับโจรให้ปฏิบัติการฆ่าคนไทยกลางเมืองหลวง หรือไม่?
7) กรณีปฏิบัติการของรัฐบาล ศรส. และตำรวจ ณ บริเวณสะพานผ่านฟ้า เป็นเหตุให้มีคนตาย 5 รายนั้น เป็นการกระทำเกินกว่าเหตุ ผิดคำสั่งศาลแพ่ง ละเมิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดรัฐธรรมนูญอย่างชัดเจน
ปฏิบัติการของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐย่อมไม่ได้รับการคุ้มครองตาม พ.ร.ก.สถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
ผู้กระทำ ผู้สั่งการ ผู้สนับสนุนการกระทำ น่าจะมีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญาฐานฆ่าผู้อื่น (โทษประหารชีวิต/จำคุกตลอดชีวิต/จำคุกตั้งแต่ 15-20 ปี), ฐานทำร้ายร่างกาย (โทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 2 ปี), ฐานปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ มาตรา 157 เป็นต้น
สุดท้าย...รัฐบาลที่ประหัตประหารประชาชนผู้ชุมนุมที่ใช้สิทธิตามรัฐธรรมนูญ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำพิพากษาของศาล ไม่เคารพบทบัญญัติรัฐธรรมนูญ ไม่รับอำนาจศาล-องค์กรอิสระตามรัฐธรรมนูญ ถึงขนาดทำตัวเป็นแนวร่วมสนับสนุนกลุ่มคนที่ประกาศแบ่งแยกประเทศ เตรียมการใช้อาวุธ ใช้ปืน เข่นฆ่าและทำร้ายประชาชนในชาติ ทำลายศาลยุติธรรมและองค์กรอิสระตามรัฐธรรมนูญ
รัฐบาลทรราชเท่านั้นที่กระทำการเยี่ยงนี้!
และรัฐบาลทรราช คือ ภัยคุกคามความมั่นคงของประเทศชาติอย่างแท้จริง!
ประกาศให้ทั่วโลกทราบว่าทักษิญและพวกได้มีพฤติกรรมเป็น อาชญากรโลก
