เวลา 09.00น.กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมพยายามใช้รถน้ำของ กทม.พังประตูเข้าไป ขณะที่ตำรวจยังคงระดมยิงแก๊สน้ำตาอย่างต่อเนื่องหลายร้อยลูก ทำให้กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมฝ่าเข้าไปไม่ได้ ขณะเดียวกันแก๊สน้ำตาบางลูกเลยตกเข้าไปในแฟลตดินแดง ซึ่งมีประชาชนอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก ต่างได้รับผลกระทบจาการยิงแก๊สน้ำตาของตำรวจ และตำรวจยังฉีดน้ำผสมสารเคมีสีม่วงออกมา สลับกับการยิงแก๊สน้ำตาอีกด้วย
การ์ดโดนกระสุนจริงสาหัส-สื่อเจ็บ
มีรายงานว่า ระหว่างชุลมุนที่ตำรวจยิงแก๊สน้ำ ยังได้ยิงกระสุนยาง และกระสุนจริงออกมาอีกด้วย ทำให้มีกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมที่เป็นการ์ดเป็นผู้ชาย ถูกยิงได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ศีรษะ จนล้มลง ก่อนถูกนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาล นอกจากนี้บรรดาช่างภาพและสื่อมวลชนของไทยและต่างประเทศของสำนักข่าวรอยเตอร์ยังโดนลูกกระสุนยางจากฝ่ายเจ้าหน้าตำรวจยิงใส่ตามร่างกายได้รับบาดเจ็บหลายคน
คปท.จับชายชุดดำยิงม็อบเจ็บ1
ระหว่างการปะทะเดือดการ์ดของคปท.ได้จับกุมชายฉกรรจ์สวมเสื้อคลุมสีดำ แต่งตัวคล้ายการ์ด สวมหน้ากากกันแก๊ส ผ้าพันคอสีเขียว โดยชายผู้นี้ยิงปืนใส่กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุม มาจากฝั่งแฟลตดินแดง ตรงข้ามกระทรวงแรงงาน แล้ววิ่งหลบหนีไปทางถนนวิภาวดี และทำกุญแจมือหล่นไว้ด้วย ส่วนผู้บาดเจ็บที่ถูกำยิงได้ลำเลียงส่งโรงพยาบาลแล้ว
“ปึ้งศักดิ์”อ้างต้องใช้แก๊สน้ำตา
เวลา 09.35น.นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรมว.ต่างประเทศ ในฐานะผู้อำนวยการศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาความสงบ(ศอ.รส.) แถลงทางทีวีพูลอ้างถึงเหตุจำเป็นในการใช้แก๊สน้ำตายิงสกัดกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมเนื่องจากมีการเข้าไปปิดล้อม และขัดขวางการรับสมัครเลือกตั้ง ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงจำเป็นต้องรักษาความปลอดภัยของสถานที่ราชการ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ปฏิบัติตามหลักสากลและใช้ความอดทนจนถึงที่สุดแล้ว
แกนนำเรียกกลับที่ตั้ง-ม็อบไม่ฟัง
เวลา 10.48น. ยังมีการปะทะกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยฝ่ายเจ้าหน้าที่ยังคงระดมยิงแก๊สน้ำตาและน้ำผสมสี รวมทั้งกระสุนยางเข้าใส่ผู้ชุมนุม ขณะที่อีกฝ่ายได้ขว้างปาสิ่งของโต้ตอบกลับไป ต่อมาเวลา 11.30น.แกนนำคปท.ได้ประกาศเรียกให้มวลชนกลับที่ตั้งที่สะพานชมัยมรุเชฐสร้างความไม่พอใจให้กับมวลชนส่วนหนึ่งที่ไม่ยินยอมเดินทางกลับและปักหลักอยู่หน้ากระทรวงแรงงานและตามใต้ถุนแฟลตดินแดน
ศอ.รส.แถลงตร.บาดเจ็บ3ราย
ต่อมาพล.ต.ต.ปิยะ อุทาโย โฆษก ศอ.รส.ออกมาแถลงว่า กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมใช้ปืนยิงจากอาคารสูงใกล้กับสนามกีฬาฯใส่ฝ่ายเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งผลให้มีตำรวจบาดเจ็บ 3 นาย ได้แก่ ส.ต.ต.ธนพล โนเปลือย ผบ.หมู่ กองร้อยที่ 2 กก.อคฝ.2 บก.อคฝ ถูกกระสุนโลหะยิงเข้าหัวไหล่ขวา กระสุนฝังอยู่หน้าอกขวา จ.ส.ต.ทวี วงษ์จันทร์ ผบ.หมู่ สภ.บางม่วง จ.นครสวรรค์ ถูกอาวุธไม่ทราบชนิด ยิงใส่ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่เท้าขวาและ ด.ต.ปรีชา ทองเยี่ยม ผบ.หมู่จราจร สภ.บางม่วง จ.นครสวรรค์ ถูกกระบองตีที่ศีรษะและแขนขวา รวมทั้งใช้ระเบิดขวด หัวน็อต และประทัดยักษ์ ยิงใส่ตำรวจด้วย
มวลชน คปท.บุกทำลายรถตร.
เวลา 11.30น.ระหว่างเกิดการปะทะที่สนามไทย-ญี่ปุ่นดินแดง มวลชนคปท.กลุ่มหนึ่งได้เดินทางมาที่บริเวณลานพระบรมรูปทรงม้า ทำการรื้อเครื่องยนต์ เอามีดเจาะยาง และใช้ด้ามธงทุบกระจกรถตู้และรถขนผู้ต้องหาของตำรวจที่จอดอยู่เพื่อสกัดไม่ให้ส่งกำลังเข้าสลายการชุมนุม โดยมีตำรวจบาดเจ็บ2นายคือด.ต.เอกฉัตร สมศิริ ผบ.หมู่ ป.สน.บางเขน ถูกไม้ตีศรีษะและ.ด.ต.พันธ์ศักดิ์ อิทะศร ผบ.หมู่ ป.สน.เตาปูน ถูกตีที่มือซ้าย
ปธ.ช่างภาพฯประณามรุนแรง
เวลา 11.50น.นายฉลาด จันทร์เดช ประธานชมรมช่างภาพการเมือง ได้ออกแถลงการณ์ของชมรมช่างภาพการเมืองผ่านเฟซบุ๊คส่วนตัว ประณามการกระทำของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่รักษาความปลอดภัยภายในอาคารกีฬาเวส 2 สนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่น เนื่องจากได้ยิงแก๊สน้ำตาและกระสุนยางอย่างไม่ยั้งมือใส่ผู้ชุมนุม แม้กระทั่งช่างภาพและผู้สื่อข่าวที่สวมปลอกแขนก็ได้รับบาดเจ็บพร้อมกับประชาชนไปหลายราย
สธ.ยันเจ็บ32-ถูกยิงหัวสาหัส1
ขณะที่นพ.สุพรรณ ศรีธรรมมา อธิบดีกรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (สธ.) กล่าวว่า ตั้งแต่เวลา 07.30 - 11.00น.มีการรับส่งผู้ป่วยผ่านเครือข่าย1669 แล้ว 32ราย แบ่งเป็นนำส่ง รพ.ราชวิถี 25ราย รพ.รามาธิบดี 5ราย รพ.พระมงกุฏเกล้า 1รายและรพ.พญาไท 1ราย ส่วนใหญ่บาดเจ็บจากแก๊สน้ำตาและกระสุนยาง ในจำนวนนี้มีอาการสาหัส 1ราย เป็นการ์ด คปท.ถูกกระสุนปืนจริงยิงที่ศีรษะ ก่อนนำส่งตัว รพ.ราชวิถี ขณะนี้ได้ทำทีซีสแกน เพื่อพิจารณาเตรียมผ่าตัดช่วยเหลือ สำหรับตำรวจเท่าที่ทราบจาก รพ.ตำรวจ พบมีตำรวจบาดเจ็บ 3นาย
ตร.คุมตัวฮาร์ดคอร์ปะทะตร.
ข่าวแจ้งว่า ระหว่างการปะทะดุเดือดนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจเข้าควบคุมตัวนายชานนท์ จันทอง อายุ 32 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 632 หมู่ 5 ต.ไร่เก่า อ.สามร้อยยอด จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ นายวรัท สุทธิโอภาส อายุ 51 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 26/102 ซอยเพชรเกษม 114 แขวงหนองค้างพลู เขตหนองแขม กทม.และผู้ชุมนุม คปท.กลุ่มฮาร์ดคอร์ อีก 4 คน รวม 6 คน ซึ่งได้ปะทะกับเจ้าหน้าที่รวมทั้งพยายามปีนรั้วบุกเข้าไปภายในสนามกีฬาดังกล่าว มาควบคุมไว้ชั่วคราวที่ห้องขัง บก.ป.ก่อนจะนำตัวทั้งหมดไปสอบสวนที่ บก.ตชด.ภาค 1 จ.ปทุมธานี
มวลชนโกรธจี้ตร.ปล่อยตัว
ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงายด้วยว่า หลังจากทราบข่าวเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจมีการควบคุมตัวการ์ดบางส่วน ได้ทำให้กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมไม่พอใจมากขึ้น เปิดฉากปะทะกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจอีกรอบ พร้อมกับเรียกร้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจปล่อยตัวผู้ชุมนุมทั้งหมดโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขแต่ได้รับการปฏิเสธจากฝ่ายเจ้าหน้าที่โดยสิ้นเชิง
ฮ.บินว่อนรับกกต.-ผู้บาดเจ็บ
ทั้งนี้แทบตลอดช่วงบ่ายเฮลิคอปเตอร์ตำรวจได้ทยอยนำทั้งผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ เจ้าหน้าที่ กกต. ผู้สมัครจากพรรคการเมืองต่างๆ รวมทั้งสื่อมวลชนแขนงต่างๆ ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ภายในสนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ดินแดง เดินทางมาออกมาจากสนามกีฬาดังกล่าว มาลงเครื่องที่สนามฟุตบอลกองบังคับการกองปราบปราม
คุมตัว13ผู้ชุมนุมไปขังที่ปทุมฯ
ต่อมามีรายงานว่า เบื้องต้นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้จับกุมกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมจากเหตุปะทะหน้าสนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่นดินแดงได้ทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 13 ราย และได้คุมตัวขึ้นเฮลิคอปเตอร์เดินทางไปยังกองบังคับการตํารวจตระเวนชายแดนภาค 1 ปทุมธานีเพื่อทำการสอบสวน โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เตรียมแจ้งข้อหาขัดขวางการเลือกตั้ง และบุกรุกสถานที่ราชการ
แกนนำเรียกมวลชนกลับที่ตั้ง
กระทั่งเวลา 14.30 น.แกนนำคปท.ได้ปราศรัยกับกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมที่บริเวณหน้าสนามกีฬาไทยญี่ปุ่น-ดินแดง โดยขอให้เดินทางกลับไปยังที่ตั้ง เพราะการออกมาแสดงพลังครั้งนี้ไม่ต้องการให้มีการเลือกตั้งไม่ชอบธรรม แต่รัฐบาลยิ่งลักษณ์ได้ใช้กำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ใช้ความรุนแรงสลายการชุมนุมของประชาชนจนเกิดการบาดเจ็บ ทำให้ไม่สามารถทนดูได้
ล้อมตร.จี้ปล่อยตัวผู้ชุมนุม
จากนั้นกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมได้เตรียมตัวเดินทางกลับหลังจากที่แกนนำได้ประกาศร้องขอ แต่ขณะเดียวกันได้มีมวลชนบางส่วนได้บุกเข้าไปยังกระทรวงแรงงาน และได้เข้าล้อมตำรวจประมาณ 50 นายเอาไว้ เพื่อเจรจากับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ปล่อยตัวมวลชนที่ถูกจับเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ โดยมอบให้นายนิติธร ล้ำเหลือ ที่ปรึกษาคปท.เป็นผู้เจรจา
เข้าใจผิดคิดว่าขรก.เป็นกกต.
นอกจากนี้บรรยากาศภายนอกสนามกีฬาไทยญี่ปุ่น หลังจากที่แกนนำประกาศให้มวลชนกลับ ได้มีข้าราชการกระทรวงแรงงานขับรถเพื่อออกจากพื้นที่ แต่ถูกมวลชนคิดว่าเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่กกต. จึงขว้างปาสิ่งของเข้าใส่ ทำให้แกนนำต้องห้ามปรามและกำชับข้าราชการว่าอย่าเพิ่งออกมาหากจะออกอย่านำรถออกมาให้เดินเท้าออกมา จากนั้นข้าราชการบางส่วนได้ทยอยเดินเท้าออกมา
คุมไม่อยู่มวลชนบุกปะทะตร.อีก
เวลา 15.15 น. ได้เกิดเหตุชุลมุนขึ้นเมื่อแกนนำกลุ่มคปท.ไม่สามารถควบคุมมวลชนได้ โดยมีมวลชนกลุ่มหนึ่งบุกเข้าไปบริเวณประตู 2 ของสนามกีฬาดังกล่าว แล้วพยายามขว้างปาขวดน้ำ ก้อนอิฐ แผงรั้วเหล็ก และใช้ของแข็งฟาดใส่เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ จนเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องถอยร่นเข้าไปยังที่ปลอดภัย แต่ฝั่งตำรวจได้ตอบโต้ด้วยการยิงแก๊สน้ำตาใส่กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมอีกครั้ง จนทำให้กลุ่มคนดังกล่าวถอยร่นออกมาด้านนอก
อย่างไรก็ตามยังพบว่ามีมวลชนส่วนหนึ่งไม่ฟังแกนนำ พยายามเข้าไปยั่วยุด้านใน แม้ว่าจะมีความพยายามห้ามปรามแล้วก็ตาม
โฆษกศอ.รส.ระบุตร.ตายแล้ว1
เวลา 16.20 น.ที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม (บก.ป.) พล.ต.ต.ปิยะ อุทาโย โฆษก ศอ.รส.แถลงอีกรอบว่า การชุมนุมจนกระทั่งเวลา 16.00 น.ยังคงมีการปะทะและใช้แก๊สน้ำตา เพื่อควบคุมมวลชนไม่ให้บุกรุกเข้าไปในภายในอาคารกีฬาเวสน์ 2 อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งจุดนี้ทางตำรวจมีความวิตกกังวลเนื่องจากเข้าสู่ช่วงเย็นและใกล้ค่ำแล้ว เกรงว่าหากยังปะทะกันเช่นนี้ก็มีความเสี่ยงต่อการสูญเสียมากยิ่งขึ้น
อย่างไรก็ดีจากการปะทะกันดังกล่าวส่งผลให้มีตำรวจเสียชีวิตแล้ว 1 นาย คือ ด.ต.ณรงค์ ปิติสิทธิ์ อายุ 45 ปี สังกัด ผบ.หมู่ สน.ตลาดพลู โดยถูกยิงด้วยอาวุธปืนเข้าที่หน้าอก
อ้างชายชุดดำยังไม่รู้ฝ่ายไหน
พล.ต.ต.ปิยะ กล่าวต่อว่า ส่วนกรณีชายชุดดำที่อยู่บนอาคารสูง ซึ่งมีการใช้อาวุธยิงลงมาบริเวณที่มีการชุมนุมหน้าสนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่น นั้น ทางฝ่ายสืบสวนอยู่ระหว่างตรวจสอบแล้วคาดว่าไม่นานก็คงทราบว่าเป็นกลุ่มไหน และจะได้รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานเพื่อดำเนินคดีต่อไป
ยันไม่ปล่อยตัวกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุม
พล.ต.ต.ปิยะ กล่าวว่า ในส่วนของผู้ชุมนุมที่กระทำความผิดซึ่งถูกควบคุมตัวไปสอบสวนที่ บก.ตชด.ภาค 1 นั้น จะมีการจัดพนักงานสอบสวนไปแยกกันสอบปากคำ และพิจารณาดำเนินคดีซึ่งแต่ละรายจะถูกแจ้งข้อหาหนักเบาต่างกันไปตามพฤติกรรมในการกระทำความผิด แต่จะให้ปล่อยตัวเลยตามขอเรียกร้องของแกนนำผู้ชุมนุมคงทำไม่ได้เพราะมีการกระทำผิดคดีอาญา และคงต้องมีการเจรจากันด้วยเหตุและผล
ปิดถ.วิภาวดีฯเกือบหนึ่งชั่วโมง
เวลาประมาณ 16.45 น. กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมนำโดยนายนิติธร ล้ำเหลือ แกนนำ คปท.ได้เคลื่อนขบวนปิดถนนวิภาวดีทั้ง 2 ฝั่งบริเวณด้านหน้าสโมสรกองทัพบก เนื่องจากเห็นว่าทหารไม่ได้ออกมายืนเคียงข้างกับประชาชน รวมทั้งยังมีการใช้สโมสรทหารบกเป็นสถานที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี รวมทั้งเรียกร้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจปล่อยตัวผู้ชุมนุมที่ถูกจับกุมระหว่างเหตุปะทะที่สนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่นดินแดงส่งผลให้การจราจรติดขัดอย่างหนักทั้งทางด่วนและทางราบ ทั้งสองฝั่ง
อย่างไรก็ดีเวลา 17.30 น.ผู้ชุมนุมได้เปิดการจราจรบริเวณถนนวิภาวดีและทยอยสลายตัวกลับที่ตั้งสะพานชมัยมรุเชษฐทำให้สถานการณ์ที่กำลังตึงเครียดเริ่มผ่อนคลายลง
ตร.ป่าเถื่อนไล่ทุบรถชาวบ้าน
ขณะที่บริเวณสนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่นดินแดงยังได้เกิดเหตุวุ่นวายขึ้นอีกครั้งหลังจากที่กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมบางส่วนได้ทยอยเคลื่อนขบวนออกจากสนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่นเพื่อไปสมทบกับกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมบนถนนวิภาวดี ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ทยอยเข้ายึดคืนพื้นที่ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้เข้าทุบทำลายรถยนต์และรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ของกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุม จนมีเหตุปะทะกัน มีการยิงแก๊สน้ำตาใส่กลุ่มผู้ชุมนุม ขณะที่ผู้ชุมนุมตอบโต้ด้วยการขว้างปาสิ่งของเข้าใส่ก่อนที่สถานการณ์จะคลี่คลายลง
ยอดผู้บาดเจ็บพุ่งเป็น61 รายแล้ว
ศูนย์เอราวัณ กรุงเทพมหานคร รายงานจำนวนผู้บาดเจ็บจากเหตุการณ์ปะทะที่หน้าศูนย์เยาวชนกรุงเทพมหานคร (สนามกีฬาไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ดินแดง) ข้อมูล ณ เวลา 14.00 น.ว่า ขณะนี้มีผู้ป่วยนำส่งโรงพยาบาลทั้งหมด 61 ราย แบ่งเป็น รพ.ราชวิถี 35 ราย รพ.พระมงกุฏเกล้า3รายรพ.รามาธิบดี 10 ราย รพ.พญาไท 1 ราย รพ.เปาโล 2 ราย รพ.ทหารผ่านศึก 3 ราย หนึ่งในนั้นมีรายงานว่าเป็นนักข่าวชายจากไทยรัฐ เข้ารักษาตัวด้วยจากการถูกแก๊สน้ำตา และ รพ.ตำรวจ 7 ราย
ฮีโร่กางเกงในเจอกระสุนยางเจ็บ
ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ในการปะทะตลอดทั้งวันครั้งนี้ทำให้นายวีรชาติ เปรมกมล หรือ”กบ ฮีโร่กางเกงใน”ตัวเดียวรองเท้าผ้าใบกับใจถึงๆ ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากการไปชุมนุมที่บริเวณสนามกีฬา-ญี่ปุ่น ดินแดง ซึ่งถูกยิงด้วยกระยางจากทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ โดยขณะนี้นายวีรชาติได้ถูกนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลเพื่อทำการรักษาอาการบาดเจ็บ
จับตา”บิ๊กตู่”แถลงจุดยืนกองทัพ
มีรายงานว่า ในวันที่ 27ธันวาคมนี้ เวลา 08.30 น. พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ผู้บัญชาการทหารบก เป็นประธานในการประชุมผู้บังคับหน่วยขึ้นตรงกองทัพบก(ผบ.นขต.) ประจำเดือนธันวาคม หลังจากนั้นเวลา 13.00น.พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จะเป็นผู้แถลงผลการประชุมนขต.ทบ.ด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งเป็นที่น่าจับตาว่ากองทัพจะมีจุดยืนต่อสถานการณ์การเมืองอย่างไร ภายหลังกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมมีการปะทะกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจนมีผู้บาดเจ็บจำนวนมาก
ม็อบเคลื่อนบุกบ้านนายกฯปู
อีกด้านหนึ่ง กลุ่มคณะกรรมการประชาชนเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงประเทศไทยให้เป็นประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุข (กปปส.)นำโดย น.ส.อัญชะลี ไพรีรัก ได้นำมวลชนเคลื่อนขบวนมาชุมนุมหน้าบ้านพัก น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร รักษาการนายกรัฐมนตรี บริเวณซอยโยธินพัฒนา 3 ท่ามกลางการอารักขาอย่างเข้มงวดจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจประมาณ 10 กองร้อยขณะที่นายกฯหนีไปปฎิบัติภารกิจที่ จ.เชียงใหม่
ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า สถานการณ์การชุมนุมเป็นไปอย่างเรียบร้อย โดยผู้ชุมนุมได้เรียกร้องให้นายกฯลาออกจากตำแหน่งรักษาการเพื่อเปิดทางการปฏิรูปประเทศก่อนเลือกตั้ง ก่อนที่จะถอนตัวกลับที่ตั้งเวทีราชดำเนินในเวลา 18.00น.

ที่พรรคเพื่อไทย ร.ท.หญิง สุณิสา เลิศภควัต รองโฆษกประจำสำนักนายกฯ กล่าวว่า การดื้อดึงของ แกนนำ กปปส.ที่บุกไประรานครอบครัวของนายกฯที่บ้านพักส่วนตัว เป็นสิ่งที่น่าประณามและน่าเศร้าใจ เพราะเป็นการกระตุ้นการใช้ความรุนแรงต่อ เด็ก เยาวชนและสตรีในสังคมอีกรูปแบบหนึ่ง เป็นการสร้างปัญหาสังคมและขัดขวางการพัฒนาสถานภาพสตรีไทย
กปปส.ยื่นเลื่อนขอรับทราบข้อหา
วันเดียวกันที่กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ(ดีเอสไอ) นายวิโรจน์ ภูมิศรีสวัสดิ์ ทนายความผู้รับมอบอำนาจจาก13แกนนำกลุ่ม กปปส.ที่ถูกดีเอสไอออกหมายเรียกให้เข้ารับทราบข้อหาเกี่ยวกับการชุมนุม เดินทางเข้ายื่นเอกสารขอเลื่อนการรับทราบข้อกล่าวหากระทำผิดตามมาตรา 113 ,116,215 และ216 ประกอบมาตรา83 โดยอ้างเหตุผลว่าอยู่ระหว่างการชุมนุมเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการชุมนุมแล้วจะเดินทางมารับทราบข้อกล่าวหาต่อไป ทั้งนี้อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของนายธาริต เพ็งดิษฐ์ อธิบดีกรมดีเอสไอว่าจะให้เลื่อนหรือไม่

สำหรับความคืบหน้าในการอายัดบัญชีของ 28 แกนนำกปปส.นั้น นายธาริต กล่าวว่าดำเนินการไปแล้ว 20 ธนาคาร อายัดบัญชีของแกนนำทั้ง 38 คนทุกรายการมีเพียงธนาคาร 4 แห่งที่ทำหนังสือขอให้ดีเอสไอยืนยันความถูกต้องอีกครั้ง อาทิ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ซึ่งได้แจ้งยืนยันกับธนาคารแล้วเมื่อช่วงเช้า
มอบเงินรางวัลนำจับ’สุเทพ’
ขณะที่ กลุ่มคนไม่เอาพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ นำโดย นางเพชราภรณ์ ศรทะเล ผู้ประสานงาน เข้ายื่นหนังสือถึง นายธาริต เพื่อมอบเงินรางวัลนำจับให้ดีเอสไอไว้สำหรับผู้ที่สามารถจับกุม นายสุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ เลขาธิการกปปส.ได้เบื้องต้นได้มอบเช็คเงินสดเป็นเงิน15,113 บาทพร้อมจะตั้งโต๊ะรับบริจาคเพิ่มเติมและจะนำมามอบให้ดีเอสไออีกต่อไป

นอกจากนี้วันเดียวกันพ.ต.อ.ทรงศักดิ์ รักศักดิ์สกุล ผู้บัญชาการสำนักกิจการต่างประเทศ และคดีอาชญากรรมระหว่างประเทศ ของดีเอสไอได้นำหลักฐานการปลุกระดม ปลุกปั่นมวลชนให้ทำผิดกฎหมาย และกระทำผิดเงื่อนไขการปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว 9 แกนนำกลุ่มพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตยมายื่นคำร้องต่อศาลพิจารณาไต่สวนฉุกเฉินเพื่อขอให้เพิกถอนการปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว
แต่นายสุวัตร อภัยภักดิ์ ทนายความกลุ่มพธม. ได้เดินมายื่นคำร้องคัดค้านเพิกถอนการปล่อยชั่วคราว โดยศาลรับคำร้องทั้งสองฝ่ายไว้พิจารณาและนัดไต่สวนพยานทั้ง2 ฝ่าย ในวันที่ 24 ก.พ.2557 เวลา 09.00 น.
คนร้ายยิงปืนเอ็ม16ถล่มบ้านสาทิตย์
คืนวันเดียวกันเมื่อเวลา 01.30น.ได้เกิดเหตุคนร้ายใช้อาวุธสงครามเอ็ม 16 ยิงถล่มบ้าน นายสาทิตย์ วงศ์หนองเตย อดีต สส.ตรัง พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และแกนนำ กปปส.ที่เกิดเหตุบริเวณภายนอกเป็นตัวอาคารที่ทำการสำนักงานพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ อ.ห้วยยอด ทำให้บริเวณกำแพงหน้า ต้นไม้และฝาผนังบ้านเป็นรูพรุน แต่คนในบ้านปลอดภัย โดยนายสาทิตย์ เชื่อว่าเกิดจากปมการเมือง
